The Western Counties Photographic Federation Travelling Exhibition arrived at Dawlish & Teignmouth Photographic Club this week.
The set of prints selected from clubs in the South West area are circulated around the region on a rota, giving our members the opportunity to become judges for a night.
Tables set up around the hall seated five or six people and by a long process of elimination the number of images were whittled down.
This created some lively debate as each of the 80 prints, black & white and colour, was scrutinized and commented upon, ensuring some good natured agreements and disagreements.
Subjects ranged from wildlife to landscape, portraits to architecture, all giving members a rare chance to view the work of other clubs.
